THE MISSION OF PILOBOLUS is to engage audiences in performances that are adventurous, athletic, surprising, and revealing of beauty in unexpected places. Through the art of movement, we showcase human stories that connect us all. Our collaborations with thinkers of all kinds further expand our impact.

We also work with dancers, non-dancers, and organizations to harness the creative potential and the power of collaboration through movement. We work with students from 3 to 103, including students in schools in underserved areas, as well as both disabled and aging populations.

PROGRAMS YOU CAN SUPPORT

New Work: Responsive to the issues faced in our modern world, Pilobolus’s new work creations are the result of the collective efforts of our dancers, artistic directors, and cutting-edge artistic collaborators, making each piece a true blend of diverse minds.

Repertory Revivals: Pilobolus's rich repertoire is filled with fan-favorite pieces, which we rotationally remount on an annual basis. This is a chance to support our legacy works returning to the stage.

Education: When you donate to Pilobolus’s educational programs, you support our activities at home and on tour, where we teach students how to tap into their creativity and become successful collaborators. Through our unique student-centered approach, we serve students of all ages and ability levels.

Summer Workshop Series and Kids Camp: Support our summer camp programming for adults and children, focusing on building participants' creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Donations to this program primarily support scholarships for attendees facing financial hardships.

General Operating: By supporting our General Operating expenses, you help us build a strong foundation for Pilobolus to thrive financially, expand artistically and educationally, and fulfill our mission.
