In light of COVID-19 crisis management and strategic repositioning, Festival overhead has been reduced to an estimated $200,000, down from budgeted expenses of $540,000. While reductions have been made to create room for COVID-era possibilities, simultaneously the company now anticipates $718,500 in budgetary losses and cuts specific to the Festival.

Our restructured revenue goal, allowing us to successfully stage a truncated and physically distant Festival, is $310,000.

Your philanthropy at this time will:

• Give life to innovation: a pandemic-friendly summer cultural festival
• Bolster Pilobolus with crucial funding that will allow the Company to resume rehearsing, performing, touring, and workshops as soon as possible once restrictions are lifted
• Provide compensation for creative professionals who have lost income streams due to tour/performance cancellations extending through the summer
• Uphold the idea that within extreme limitations, we can find new ways to share, collaborate, and build.
