Workshops*

Try our signature workshops guided by Pilobolus Teaching Artists. No experience required—just come ready to move!

Option One: Connecting with Balance

Connecting with Balance is a program designed to help people of any age reconnect with their bodies and improve dynamic stability. Pilobolus Teaching Artists will lead participants through exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility. This class is open to all levels of ability, with modifications and intensifications to meet your needs.

Option Two: Alphabet Workshop

In a playful, productive, and fast-paced workshop designed for families and people of all ages and abilities, we will create alphabet letters with the human body! Ideal for kids age 6 - 12. Kids younger than 6 must have a parent present for the workshop.

Option Three: Pilobolus Dance Workshop

Pilobolus invites movers ages 13 to 113 to discover the power of connection through shared movement. This intergenerational workshop blends creative play, physical storytelling, and joyful exploration.
